Privacy
A practical, minimal-data privacy notice.
This notice covers the Your Friendly Developer marketing website and its inquiry form. Individual project agreements identify any additional data handling required for a client build.
Effective and last updated August 12, 2026
Who operates this website
This website is operated by Jason Ramirez through Your Friendly Developer LLC, doing business as Your Friendly Developer, from Prunedale, California. The contact form is the primary contact method; you may also email jason@yourfriendlydeveloper.com.
Information you submit
The inquiry form asks for a work email address and a description of the business task you want to improve. It also sends the source page and a submission timestamp used for form security. Do not submit passwords, payment details, health records, or other sensitive information.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, prevent obvious automated abuse, and discuss a possible project. It is not added to a newsletter or sold to third parties.
Service providers and retention
Vercel hosts the website and may process ordinary request information such as IP address, device information, and server logs. The contact route converts the address supplied by Vercel into a salted, short-lived fingerprint used only to limit repeated delivery attempts; the application does not persist the raw address or fingerprint in a database. Valid inquiries are forwarded through Telegram to Jason's private account. The website does not write inquiry content to its own database, but Telegram retains the message until it is deleted from that account. There is currently no automated fixed deletion schedule. Closed inquiries are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed for follow-up, security, an active business relationship, dispute handling, or a legal obligation. You may request deletion as described below.
Categories disclosed to service providers
Vercel may process request and device information needed to host and secure the site. Telegram receives the email address, task description, and source page from a valid inquiry so it can deliver the message to Jason. These providers act under their own terms and privacy practices. This site does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising trackers, analytics tags, or marketing cookies. Hosting infrastructure may use necessary technical mechanisms to deliver and protect the service.
Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, and cross-site activity
Because the site does not use advertising trackers, analytics tags, or cross-site behavioral advertising, it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Your Friendly Developer does not permit third parties to collect browsing activity on this site for their own cross-site advertising. Hosting providers may still process ordinary technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
Your choices
You may ask Jason to correct or delete inquiry information by using the contact form and identifying the email address used in your original message. A request may require reasonable identity verification.
Security and sensitive information
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to limit access and reduce common form abuse, but no online transmission is guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Do not submit passwords, payment information, health records, private client files, trade secrets, or other sensitive or confidential information through the form.
Changes to this notice
Material changes will be posted prominently on this page with an updated effective date before or when the revised practices take effect. When legally required and a current contact relationship exists, additional notice may be provided directly.
